These basic plans are conducted on our smartphone application that tracks your progress. Your tracked progress will focus on your improved strength, body composition measurements, cardio improvements and your nutrition. You daily calories will be calculated towards your chosen goal. Your plan can be accessed on your phone and conducted in your gym of choice. There are no checkins or accountability with these plan, you will need to purchase our Ultimate Workout Plan for full accountability.
This is our main plan, we use our knowledge and experience to create a programme that improves your human performance and focuses on your weaknesses. You will need to complete an initial fitness test consisting of a 2km run, 3 repetition maximum testing and a movement assessment. This plan focuses on improving strength, aerobic and anaerobic capacity, progressively to reduce the chance of injury. Zones and intensities will be created after an initial fitness assessment.
The plans below are programmes we have been asked for in the past. For that reason we have created these to help other individuals with different goals, Again these are with no accountability and have a fitness programme with calories created for your goals.
The beginner plan focuses on improving the basic movements and introducing you exercise in a progressive manner. It is suggested that after two months you move to a more goal focused plan.
This plan aims to improve body composition through a range of exercise modalities and a calorie deficit. The plan will be created matching you likes and dislikes of exercises.
This plan aims to improve lean muscle using a periodised programme.
The Ultimate Workout Plan follows the basic plans but has two levels of accountability. This is reflected in the price difference.
